GREENVILLE, N.C. (May 5, 2016) - Sixteen dealer divisions across North America have achieved the elite status of 2015 Hyster Dealer of Distinction, an annual award recognizing dealers who have driven their companies to the highest level of performance in all functional areas of the business.
With more than 116 dealers throughout North America, these 16 dealer divisions have fulfilled defined performance criteria and operating standards, including customer satisfaction, new unit sales, rental, aftermarket and service support, engineered products, training and general management. Hyster raises the performance standards annually to keep pace with industry dynamics, while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
