Flash Global To Open Modern Global Service Center in Union City, California

May 4, 2016
No Comments

Flash Global, a global service supply chain solutions leader, announced plans to expand to Union City, CA by opening a new service facility. The specialized warehouse will be one hundred percent larger than the company's current distribution center, located in Hayward, CA, and will be equipped to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions, including configure-to-order and test and repair as part of Flash Global 's suite of supply chain services.

Slated to open in early 2016, Flash's Union City location will house a state of the art distribution center, warehouse and modern office facility complete with meeting space for clients and partners.

The Union City facility will be equipped to provide these services: screening, testing and repair of IT parts, configure-to-order, reverse and forward logistics, warranty services, warehouse storage. Two hour, four hour and next business day delivery of parts and services will also be available to clients in that region.

"Flash Global is taking all aspects of our business to a higher level of execution, while expanding the services we provide. Our customer-centric distribution center will serve multiple purposes and is a critical building block as we transform from a traditional 3PL to a comprehensive service supply chain solutions company. We are doubling the size of our facility and adding complementary services to our core service suite. I am extremely excited for our customers to experience the benefits of the new distribution center and added services we are launching," says Sam Mikles, CEO of Flash.

Flash's current and future clients will benefit from the growth and expansion of the company's global service supply chain capabilities, as well as the strategic location near the Silicon Valley.
