Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to create its own independent research panel and conduct a survey of approximately 50,000 workers throughout the United States. Survey participants were asked to identify and rate their employer according to their likelihood to recommend the company to a friend or family member.
Participants were also asked about recommendations of other companies they would or would not recommend as an employer based on their own knowledge or impressions. Results for all companies mentioned by participants during the survey process were compiled based on both the quantity and quality of the responses received with only the top finishers designated as "America's Best Employers."
