A. Duie Pyle Announces Million Mile Safety Award Recipients

West Chester, PA - March 5, 2019 - A. Duie Pyle (Pyle), the premier provider of asset and non-asset based transportation and supply chain solutions in the Northeast, today proudly announces the names of drivers who, in 2018, achieved the milestone of one, two or three million miles of safe driving.

This past year, Pyle added 21 names to the list of those achieving one million safe miles driven. Select drivers have also been recognized for two million safe miles, including: Scott B. McLennan, Dan J. Meyers, Raymond A. Wolski and Michael L. Whittaker. As for three million safe miles, Pyle has recognized its driver, Timothy E. Kershaw, for this outstanding accomplishment.

The average American drives a little less than 13,500 miles a year and it would take the average individual approximately 75 years to log one-million miles. With professional drivers being on the road for extended periods of time and covering significantly more miles, avoiding mishaps to attain these feats becomes all the more remarkable.
