DAYTON FREIGHT PROMOTES VP OF OPERATIONS TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

DAYTON, Ohio - Dayton Freight Lines, Inc., a leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, announced the appointment of Anthony Rocco to Chief Operating Officer.

Rocco began his career with Dayton Freight as a part time Dock Worker while still attending college. Upon graduation, he became a full time employee and held a variety of roles in sales, special projects, Service Center Manager and the VP of Operations for the last 10 years. Over the years, Rocco has spearheaded many projects that have enhanced both internal and external customer experiences.
