TZA offers two new services

TZA, a supply chain consulting firm located in Long Grove, Ill., announced at the NA2010 Material Handling and Logistics Show in Cleveland that it is embarking on two new ventures. It will now be reselling material handling equipment and providing lean consulting services. Called "Materials Handling Integration," the equipment reselling project will allow TZA to help clients "not only define their equipment needs but also speed the implementation of their material handling projects."

TZA's Lean Distribution and Lean Administration services will help customers implement lean anywhere in the distribution center operations. The consulting company can now help customers with value-stream mapping and Kaizen events as well as implementing other lean thinking to get waste out of the DC environment.
