Hazmat Packaging Veteran Bill Barger Joins Labelmaster

Bill Barger, an expert in hazmat/dangerous goods (DG) packaging with 30 years of industry experience, has joined Labelmaster as senior product manager to lead the company's Packaging Product Line.

In his new position, Barger will be responsible for expanding and enhancing Labelmaster's complete line of UN-certified packaging products, components and kits designed to meet nearly any hazmat/DG need. He also will extend the company's operational capabilities that will lead to a wider range of customized offerings to meet the specific needs of customers.

Most recently, Barger was sales manager for Packaging Corporation of America. Prior to that position, he was a district manager at Berlin Packaging for 27 years.

Barger's industry association involvement includes the American Biological Safety Association, Council on Safe Transportation of Hazardous Articles (COSTHA) and the Dangerous Goods Advisory Council.
