This digital report includes animations and infographics showing the impact of the company's activity on the economy, society and environment.
It covers areas such as jobs, workplace health and safety, education, greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. The report also describes the measures taken by FM Logistic to contribute to a more sustainable supply chain.
"Financial indicators are not enough to create a true picture of the performance of supply chains," says Charlotte Migne, sustainable development director at FM Logistic. "By measuring the positive and negative effects of our activities on the environment and society, we wish to give our customers, employees and contractors more comprehensive information to make good decisions."
Next to the report, FM Logistic has started providing its customers with specific dashboards showing the impacts from the activities it carries out for them.
FM Logistic's sustainable programme builds on three pillars: care for employees, the reduction of the company's environmental footprint and the development of sustainable service offerings.
The company's efforts are being recognised. In 2019, FM Logistic received a gold level rating from EcoVadis and a B- from CDP, two extra-financial rating agencies.
