Southeastern Freight Lines Promotes Russ Brien
to Service Center Manager in North Atlanta, Georgia

LEXINGTON, S.C. (June 18, 2019) - Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced Russ Brien has been promoted to service center manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

With more than 15 years of experience at Southeastern, Brien started his career at the North Atlanta, Georgia service center as a management trainee. After meeting and exceeding expectations as a management trainee, he was promoted to various leadership positions, including frontline leadership, operations manager, assistant service center manager and, most recently, service center manager in Jacksonville, Florida.

"Russ has a passion for living the Southeastern culture every single day," said Rob Smith, vice president of Service Center Operations for Southeastern Freight Lines. "He is a natural leader, instilling belief, alignment and teamwork while creating an environment of inclusivity and we look forward to his continued success in Atlanta."

Brien and his family are excited to move back home to North Atlanta and look forward to serving the Southeastern team in this new capacity.
