Enspire Commerce Listed in Gartner Inc. Market Guide for Retail Distributed Order Management Systems

INDIANAPOLIS - Enspire Commerce, a software division of enVista, provides cloud-based, unified commerce solutions on a single, cloud-based platform, announces today it has been included in leading information technology research and advisory company Gartner, Inc.'s July 2017 Market Guide for Retail Distributed Order Management Systems.

According to Gartner, "Consumers are expanding their use of shopping options, increasing order fulfilment complexity for retail and consumer product companies and driving investment in distributed order management systems. This research provides CSCOs an overview of the market and software available today."

Gartner added, "As retailers and direct to consumer companies face similar multichannel order fulfillment challenges, their interest in distributed order management systems remains significant. Inquiries from Gartner clients continue to double compared to last year's volume."

"We are extremely honored to be included in the Gartner, Inc. Market Guide for Retail Distributed Order Management Systems," said Enspire Commerce CEO Jim Barnes. "Distributed Order Management (DOM) is a required solution to unify commerce. However, to deliver seamless customer-centric shopping experiences across all channels and locations, it must be integrated with a retailer's point of sale, e-commerce and omni-channel fulfillment solutions. Enspire Commerce fulfills this requirement."

Barnes continues, "In today's competitive retail market, it truly is the fast that eat the slow. Our Enspire Commerce Unified Commerce platform in the cloud is the first and only multi-enterprise platform that delivers all omni-channel solutions retailers need, including a robust order management system with enterprise inventory visibility, on an integration framework, enabling retailers to integrate a next gen DOM solution in a matter of only a few months to rapidly benefit from customer-centric, unified commerce. This is a game-changer for our retail clients."

Enspire Commerce clients include American Freight Furniture and Mattress, Sears Canada, Blendtec, Gymboree, PetSmart, Performance Bicycle, Kendo, Lasco Fittings, ITA Group, Saddle Creek Logistics Services, and Sassy Baby, among others.

The Enspire Unified Commerce Platform includes order management (OMS); point of sale/mobile point of sale (POS/mPOS); product information management (PIM), trading partner management (EDI); omni-channel fulfillment (store fulfillment and drop shipping); and e-commerce. Enspire's solutions are uniquely delivered as a multi-tenant architecture and integration platform as a service (iPaaS) for rapid integration. Enspire's DOM can also be deployed as a stand-alone solution.

As a software division of enVista, a leading retail supply chain consulting and IT services firm, Enspire Commerce's team strategically works with clients to holistically address their omni-channel requirements, focusing first and foremost on process optimization and delivering a seamless customer-centric strategy for unified commerce.

"There are very few solution providers that can bring a wealth of knowledge and consulting experience in retail, digital commerce and brick-and-mortar that also provide an integrated platform to manage 'order to cash' and 'procure to pay' across all channels," said Jim Brownell, COO of America Freight Furniture. "Enspire Commerce was a clear choice."

In addition to partnering with its parent company enVista for integration services Enspire Commerce also works with leading integration partners, such as CGI, Avalon, BDP Technology Solutions and Perfaware.
