Boston, MA (July 14, 2017) - Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors, a leading supply chain consulting firm, is pleased to welcome Kevin Thuet to the company's team of experienced supply chain experts. Mr. Thuet has 28 years of experience in automated distribution center design and has designed over 400 facilities during his career.

Mr. Thuet's extensive industry experience includes projects for companies like Nike, Motorola, USPS, Coca-Cola, and many others. He is responsible for designing the first automatic zero-error order fulfillment system for a major consumer electronics manufacturer, and one of the largest distribution and fulfillment centers in the world for a Fortune 100 apparel manufacturer. His involvement in these projects has contributed to Mr. Thuet's deep expertise in system analysis and design.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Thuet earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering. He is certified in contract law, Statistical Process Control, and Advanced Technologies Practices, holds two U.S. patents on material handling equipment designs, and has been published over 30 times in national trade publications. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Mr. Thuet was Senior Director of Integrated System Services at TGW Logistics Group. While there, he built the engineering departments which specialized in material handling systems development, distribution center design, system integration engineering, installation, aftermarket and customer services, and retrofits and upgrades.

"We're very pleased to welcome Kevin to our team," says Ian Hobkirk, Commonwealth's president. "Kevin's skill set that spans process optimization, material handling system design and warehouse software across multiple industries, is rare and extremely valuable to our clients as they seek to create supply chains that are competitive differentiators."
