Dermody Properties, a national private equity real estate investment, development and management company focused exclusively on the logistics real estate sector, has acquired two Class A industrial buildings at 7580 and 7630 Cherry Avenue in Fontana.
Dermody Properties has leased LogistiCenter℠ at Rialto I Building 4, a 411,330-square-foot logistics facility, to a privately-owned-and-operated logistics company that stores and distributes products throughout the United States.
Dermody Properties has completed the construction of two buildings totaling 557,820 square feet in Eastern Pennsylvania. The property, LogistiCenter℠ at Lehigh Valley East, is located at 450-460 East Moorestown Road.
Dermody Properties has acquired land for a new Class-A warehouse in northern California. The project, LogistiCenterSM at Rohnert Park, is available for pre-leasing. Construction is underway and delivery is expected in the first quarter of 2021.
