CBRE announced that one of the prominent Houston industrial teams, consisting of five market-leading sales professionals, has joined CBRE. The team includes Jason Dillee, Senior Vice President; Andrew Jewett, First Vice President; Cape Bell, Vice President; Nathan Wynne, Vice President and Harper Gully, Associate. Combined, the team has completed 968 transactions over the last 11 years totaling more than $1 billion in transaction value.
They report to Peter Mainguy, Managing Director and Cody Armbrister, Senior Managing Director.

Mr. Dillee is currently responsible for leading the team's leasing portfolio that exceeds 10 million sq. ft. and will continue to focus on investor clients. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate asset development from lease negotiation to asset disposition.

Mr. Jewett, an industrial end user specialist, comes highly regarded for his widespread knowledge of the market with a specific focus on the eastside of Houston. Mr. Jewett has advised clients on lease negotiations, build-to-suits, site selection and property dispositions.

Mr. Bell has 11 years of experience in industrial brokerage and specializes in tenant and investor representation along with asset acquisition and dispositions. He is known for his wide versatility as an industrial advisor.
Mr. Wynne has more than 8 years of experience and is primarily focused on leasing and growing the team's investor portfolio through development and asset acquisition. Mr. Wynne has also completed numerous significant occupier transactions including regional distribution centers and large-scale build-to-suits.
Mr. Gully joins CBRE with more than 10 years of experience in real estate development and investment. Having held previous positions on the investment side of the business, Mr. Gully is a dedicated occupier specialist, providing a unique and valuable perspective of the landlord's position, ultimately yielding superior results for his clients.
According to CBRE research, The Houston industrial market is thriving. Net absorption jumped to 2.9 million square-feet in the second quarter of 2019. The Port of Houston has experienced heightened activity from the plastic and petrochemical industries. In addition, construction activity has increased to 20.5 million sq. ft., double the total construction amount recorded for all of 2018.
