DriverReach Hires Compliance and Training Manager to Lead Partnerships with Commercial Vehicle Train

Indianapolis, Indiana - October 16, 2019 - DriverReach, a mobile-enabled applicant tracking system for hiring CDL drivers, today announces the addition of Paul Molnar, CDS, as DriverReach's compliance and training manager. Molnar's addition to the management team will support the company's efforts to work with commercial vehicle training organizations. DriverReach is offering its software to those training organizations at no cost.

"It's exciting to have a driver recruiting technology dedicated to helping the commercial vehicle training industry," said David McElroy III of Truck Driver Institute (TDI). "In order to better attract driver candidates, the industry needs to incorporate more technology. Leveraging resources at the school level will help infuse new life into the trucking industry by attracting a younger, more diverse pool of qualified driver applicants. Building the industry from the point of entry up will benefit drivers and employers alike."

As DriverReach's compliance and training manager, Molnar will be focused on building relationships with CDL schools and training organizations, ultimately helping recruit and attract more potential drivers to the industry. With experience in safety, operations, training and employee development, Molnar brings more than 35 years of diverse transportation industry experience. Furthermore, he's held a senior management position for more than 20 years.

"As a member of the American Trucking Associations' (ATA) Workforce Development Committee, I'm dedicated to solving the industry's number one problem: the driver shortage," said Jeremy Reymer, founder and CEO of DriverReach. "By providing our world-class recruitment management software to driver training schools at no cost, we're showcasing our commitment to the industry and putting our money where our mouth is. It's our hope that by partnering with training schools we'll make entering the industry easier and more attractive for prospective drivers."

This announcement follows significant company momentum, as the Oklahoma Trucking Association was just recently named an endorsed partner. DriverReach was also recently recognized at the 2019 Indiana Tech Culture Awards, winning three different awards.
