Los Angeles - Nov. 6, 2018 - CBRE today announced that Blaine Kelley III, a 23-year employee of the company's Industrial & Logistics business in Atlanta, has received the Dave Haggerty Leadership Award. The honor is the highest that CBRE can bestow on an Industrial professional.

The award is presented in tribute to Mr. Haggerty, an exemplary CBRE Industrial professional for more than 20 years until he passed away in 2008. CBRE grants the award to the Industrial professional who best exemplifies the passion, dedication and teamwork routinely displayed by Mr. Haggerty.

"Blaine is a standard bearer for our Industrial & Logistics business due to his lengthy history of dedication to teamwork, excellence in client service, mentorship and personal development," said Adam Mullen, CBRE Americas Leader of Industrial & Logistics. "Blaine has generated outstanding results over his remarkable career, often doing pioneering advisory work at the evolving intersection of supply chain and real estate."

Mr. Kelley, a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics business line, has completed more than 25 million sq. ft. of leasing and sales transactions over the past five years. The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors consistently recognizes Blaine among the city's top Industrial producers, and he was appointed to the Atlanta Logistics Innovation Council due ot his expertise in the area.

"This award is about passion and dedication, and we would be hard pressed to find someone more passionate or dedicated than Blaine Kelley," said John Ferguson, President of CBRE's Southeast Division. "Although Blaine has been in the business for over two decades, he is consistently focused on personal growth, continued education and mentoring the next wave of CBRE professionals.

"Seeing Blaine recognized for his focus, dedication, and consistently outstanding results is extremely gratifying, and the recognition is well deserved," Mr. Ferguson said.

Mr. Kelley joined CBRE's Industrial & Logistics business in 1995, after working as a Senior Project Manager for the Georgia Department of Industry & Trade. He has served as an infantry platoon leader in the U.S. Army Reserve, achieving the rank of First Lieutenant. He earned his B.A. in History from Vanderbilt University in 1988.
