Raymond Handling Keeps the Fight Going with 5th Annual Pink Pallet Jack Project

October 12, 2018

Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation (RHCC), a leading materials handling equipment supplier in Northern California and the Northwest, will be holding its Fifth Annual "Pink Pallet Jack Project" online auction in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. The auction will begin today, October 9 and end on Wednesday, October 17th at 9 a.m. PST. Click here to participate in the auction: http://rhcclinks.com/ppjp2018

"Raymond Handling is excited for the 5th Annual Pink Pallet Jack Project, as it is always a great way for our partners and customers give to a cause that is so vital," stated James Wilcox, president of RHCC. "It is an honor to continue with the vision that Steve Raymond had for not only this company, but for breast cancer awareness, which was of tremendous importance to him."

The inspiration for the annual auction that has raised more $137,000 throughout the past four years stems from a casual night out at dinner for company founder Steve Raymond. While at dinner, Raymond was introduced to a woman who was in the midst of planning a golf tournament to raise money for the charity she created in memory of her sister. Immediately inspired and motivated, Raymond manifested the pink pallet jack idea.

This year's beautiful Pink Pallet Jack, the 8210 Walkie Pallet truck with gray covers, is the ideal option for grocery and retail stores, as well as dock-to-stock applications. All proceeds raised will benefit The Tina Fund in Greene, New York and HERS Breast Cancer Foundation in Fremont, California.
