Each year, the publication's editorial team evaluates submitted information, conducts personal interviews and online research, and compares that data to its readers' global supply chain and logistics challenges as they hand-pick a set of elite third-party providers.

This time around, they looked for companies offering transformative solutions that drive integration across internal and external business processes while demonstrating excellence in optimizing transportation and logistics operations.

The 2018 Top 100 3PL Providers were selected from a pool of over 300 companies, and Alliance Shippers Inc. qualified "because its solutions create a ripple effect of efficiencies" that impact the entire value chain.

In addition, Alliance Shippers Inc. "continues to provide the logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions" needed "to achieve the speed, visibility, flexibility and control that drives successful supply chains," Stratton added.

This marks the 7th consecutive year that Alliance Shippers Inc. has earned a spot on the Inbound Logistics Top 3PL Provider list.

Seegrid joins Open Source Robotics Alliance
