Enspire Commerce Announces Strategic Partnership with Perfaware

INDIANAPOLIS (June 26, 2017) - Enspire Commerce, an enVista company that provides cloud-based, unified commerce software solutions on a single platform, announces that it is partnering with Perfaware LLC to extend its 'integration first' approach to unified commerce solutions. Enspire's comprehensive suite of unified commerce solutions on an integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and multi-tenant architecture in combination with Perfaware's omni-channel technology integration expertise will enable retailers to integrate unified commerce solutions while reducing time to value and cost of ownership.

Perfaware was founded by former Yantra, Sterling Commerce and IBM employees. Its team of experts bring focused delivery helping retailers unify and scale commerce. Together Perfaware and Enspire Commerce will provide strategic, turn-key solutions for retail clients that deliver seamless customer experiences.

Jim Barnes, CEO of Enspire Commerce, said, "By partnering with Perfaware, we will be able to further extend our reach to emerging, mid-sized and enterprise retail organizations that need to rapidly unify commerce, optimize customer engagement and deliver a single brand experience to drive sales."

Enspire Commerce is the first and only comprehensive unified commerce solution that offers omni-channel order management (OMS) with enterprise inventory visibility, point of sale (POS/mPOS), product information management (PIM), omni-channel fulfillment (store and vendor fulfillment), trading partner management (EDI) and e-commerce solutions on a single, cloud-based platform.

Perfaware Managing Partner, Srinivas Hanmandlu said, "Midmarket retailers have long viewed omni-channel solution implementations as being too expensive. Our partnership with Enspire Commerce will help emerging and mid-sized retailers leverage a solution that levels the competitive playing field with rapid integration and all of the next generation functionality on a single platform. We are excited to be selected as a strategic partner to deliver a consistently stellar cross-channel brand experience."

Enspire's multi-tenant architecture integration framework ensures its solutions readily integrate with a company's existing retailing systems, reducing implementation timeframes down to months or weeks, instead of years. It also enables seamless interactions between retailers and their suppliers, logistics partners, stores, and customers to unify commerce across the enterprise.
