EL PASO, Texas - June 13, 2017 - CBRE announces G-Global, a customs and logistics provider for the maquiladora industry in Mexico, leased 20,000 sq. ft. in El Paso. The tenant, headquartered in Tijuana Baja California, Mexico, will occupy space at 9600 Joe Rodriguez.
Arturo De la Mora of CBRE's El Paso office represented the tenant. Andrés Sandoval of CBRE's El Paso office represented the landlord, IDI Gazeley.
"G-Global selected this space because of the building quality and proximity to their client. It will be used to store customer merchandise for maquiladoras operating in Cd. Juárez," said Mr. De la Mora.
