Norwalk, CT, April 26, 2017 - Nick Pappas has joined LogicSource®, the dynamic sourcing and procurement leader, as Vice President Supply Chain: Marketing Services, as announced today by Michael Braunschweiger, Managing Partner, Chief Procurement Officer. In this role, Pappas will lead all Marketing Services procurement and sourcing solutions, including the management of advertising, creative and media & interactive agencies, for the firm's many retail, restaurant and consumer-facing business clients.

"Over the past two decades, Nick has established an impressive track record of leading strategic global sourcing and procurement initiatives for industry leading companies, providing them with a best-in-class agency platform, while delivering significant cost benefits," said Braunschweiger. "He is a highly effective leader who produces impactful, bottom-line results and we are excited to welcome him to the LogicSource® team."

Pappas joins LogicSource® from Activision Blizzard, Inc., one of the world's most successful standalone interactive entertainment companies, where he was the Global Head of Marketing Sourcing. In this capacity, he was responsible for the development and implementation of procurement functions for marketing and worked with a wide array of creative, public relations, media, digital, gaming and production agencies throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Pappas was able to significantly improve marketing overhead and secure significant savings for the company while overseeing the team that supported product launches, retail marketing efforts, special events, trade shows and video production services.

Prior to Activision Blizzard, Inc., Pappas spent almost 15 years at The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of sourcing and procurement roles, including serving as the Global Marketing Procurement Director from 2009-2014. There, he built sourcing spend strategies around marketing services which increased ROI by an average of 22%. Pappas also launched the company's Global Marketing Procurement Center of Excellence network, resulting in the optimized delivery of media, creative and promotional materials. He also navigated his teams through provider selection and all marketing implementations around multiple large-scale global events, including FIFA World Cup and Coca-Cola Music.

Pappas holds a Master of Science in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
