Atlanta, GA (December 13, 2016) - Dachser USA is proud to announce another milestone, setting the stage for continued growth for its logistics services in the US. Furthering its commitment to excellence and improvement, Dachser USA has received its ISO 9001: 2015 certification from DEKRA Certification, Inc. This particular certification sets out the requirements of a quality management system and principals.

Dachser USA has established the Dachser Management System (DMS) for Contract Logistics activities. This System is implemented under the focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The ISO 9001 Certification gives Dachser USA's customers a reliable indicator that Dachser USA is committed to provide the highest level of customer service.

"We are very proud to have received this certification for the first time in company history and with highest recommendations from DEKRA," said Frank Guenzerodt, President & CEO of Dachser USA. "It is more important than ever that our standards are of the highest quality as we shift towards the management of complex supply chains."

The ISO 9001 Certification gives potential customers confidence in Dachser's ability to consistently provide exemplary services that meet or exceed their requirements. This certification will also allow Dachser to further expand its focus on intricate industries such as automotive, boosting growth in the United States. Dachser's certified scope falls into the category of the provision of intelligent logistics such as contract logistics, road transports, and other value added services.

The new Dachser Management System (DMS) is already in place in the Contract Logistics locations of Dachser USA. The certification audit was conducted in the locations Dyersburg, TN, Atlanta, GA and in the Regional Office in Atlanta, GA.
