Elkridge, MD - November 10, 2016 - ICAT Logistics, Inc. (ICAT) announces it has brought on an office in Atlanta, GA, being overseen by Agency Owner Steve Haraway. Steve brings more than 28 years of logistics experience, including positions at SEKO Logistics and Distribution By Air (DBA). For over a decade, he has also been an Independent Consultant for the freight forwarding industry.

ICAT's new Atlanta office will be primarily focused on addressing the needs of both domestic shipments and international ocean shipments for clients located in the surrounding markets, particularly in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. The office is IATA Certified, enabling ramp access at the airport, as well as 300,000 square feet of on-site presence at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, giving easy access to shipments and carriers.

With this initial launch, Steve has begun to serve the Georgia region, recently overseeing a shipment for Interface Flor, LLC, a brand of Interface, Inc. - the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet. Christina Moncus with Interface Flor commented, "I was excited to learn that Steve was joining ICAT. I have had the opportunity to work with Steve in the past, as well as ICAT, so now working with him through ICAT on this most recent project was a natural fit. I truly value the knowledge that he brings when it comes to international shipping and his ability to work through customs during intense and time-sensitive situations. Steve's and ICAT's ability to adapt to your needs, work with you, along with the level of responsiveness, goes unmatched and they will continue to be my go-to choice as new projects come up."

The staff of the new Atlanta office is highly qualified with each team member bringing 25+ years of industry expertise and a renowned reputation for quality customer service, making this new office an impactful and strategic addition to ICAT's business and service offerings. Steve credits key aspects of the ICAT experience to his decision in joining the network, including:

• Seasoned, expert team and a "customer-first" motto;
• Transparent management and reporting structure, tailored to a client's specific needs and goals;
• Adaptable approach and ability to handle any shipment
• Breadth of domestic and international experience spanning multiple decades; and
• Alignment with ICAT's corporate values and leadership approach.

"I am thrilled to join ICAT and spearhead the opening of the new office in Atlanta," said Steve Haraway. "ICAT brings a level of seasoned knowledge and a 'been there, done that' approach to its work that always ensures the customer and their needs are the top priority. I look forward to leading the growth of the office and deepening ICAT's footprint in the Southeast region."

"We are proud to welcome Steve Haraway to the ICAT family," ICAT's President and CEO, Rick Campbell said. "His track-record for excellence, as well as his specific experience in the Southeast region, make him an ideal fit to expand our business and position us for continued growth and evolution."
ICAT's new Atlanta office is located at 4301 ASR Road, Atlanta, GA 30320.
