Jason Boor Named as New Project Manager for Retrotech
Rochester, N.Y. (October 7, 2016) — Retrotech, a leader in automating warehouse and distribution center order fulfillment, announced the hiring of Jason Boor as its newest project manager. Boor brings 30 years of experience to Retrotech, which includes traveling around the world to oversee projects from start to finish.
Boor most recently was the site superintendent for Westfalia Technologies in York, Pennsylvania. In that role, Boor coordinated all onsite activities for installation and commissioning of complex systems, managed operating procedures and maintained all documentation.
"Jason has great depth of experience managing major software and hardware installations with a proven track record of completing on time and on budget," Retrotech Vice President of Operations Tim Bonney said. From 2001-2008, Boor was the president and owner of Conveyor Concepts LLC. in Manchester, NY, producing custom fabrication pieces, turnkey conveyor systems and harvesting equipment. Boor, a resident of Manchester, NY, has also earned experience at Finger Lakes Conveyors in Waterloo, NY, and J&S Conveyors in Honeoye, NY.
