LLamasoft, the global leader in supply chain design software and solutions, is pleased to announce that [following a competitive selection process] Super Retail Group has selected the LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru and SupplyChainGuru.com supply chain modeling platform and the LLamasoft Data Guru visual data blending and analytics tool to model and optimize their complex supply chain operations.

Founded in 1974 as a fledging automotive parts mail order business, Super Retail Group Ltd (ASX: SUL) has grown to one of Australasia's largest retailers, housing such iconic brands as Amart Sports, BCF Boating Camping Fishing, Supercheap Auto, Rays and Rebel. Proudly headquartered in Brisbane, the company's network extends today to over 630 retail stores, six distribution centers, and almost 12,000 team members across Australia, New Zealand and China.

Managing its multiple brands and diverse range of product types across an international network requires best-in-class supply chain capabilities. Leveraging LLamasoft's leading design and analytic tools will help equip Super Retail Group to operate effectively in today's digital, omni-channel retail world.

"The reality is that distribution looks different in a digital world - volatility is the new norm, and working with LLamasoft will enable us to strengthen our forecasting and demand planning capabilities, so we can ensure our supply chain is delivering the products we need online or in-store ahead of the customer wanting it," said Gary Carroll, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Super Retail Group. "Our partnership with LLamasoft further advances the significant program of work we currently have underway to transform our old linear supply chains into a customer-centric, demand-driven integrated network. Digital has made retail a global business, and we are pleased to be partnering with a world leader in LLamasoft."

"We are proud to welcome Super Retail Group into the LLamasoft community," said LLamasoft Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Bob McFarland. "We look forward to working with them on their supply chain journey and continue to expand our reach in the retail industry and throughout the Asia-Pacific region."
