4SIGHT Supply Chain Group, a leading provider of supply chain consulting, engineering and information technology services, announced today that it will participate with client OHL and partner JDA in an educational session at MODEX, held April 4-7 in Atlanta.
Attendees of this fast-paced presentation titled "OHL: Driving Results with a High Performance Labor Management Program", will hear how OHL partnered with 4SIGHT and JDA to drive sustainable productivity improvement across 25 U.S. distribution centers.

4SIGHT's Director of Workforce Optimization Brian Ehlenberg will present alongside OHL Senior Director of Continuous Improvement Mark Kidwell and JDA Senior Director Steve Simmerman. The speakers will outline how OHL's workforce productivity gains are the result of carefully executed change management, accurate engineered labor standards, employee training and coaching, and diligent follow-though.

"Due to solid planning, tight execution and smooth partnership with OHL and JDA, the project was successfully completed on time and within budget," said Brian Ehlenberg, 4SIGHT Director of Workforce Optimization.
