In today’s digital era, companies require greater agility to remain competitive, deliver on elevated customer expectations, and drive revenue growth. In a recent survey1, 84% of organizations said that having a flexible integration platform is the most important capability for successful integration initiatives. While first deployed at a restaurant chain, the methodology is applicable to any manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or foodservice company operating high-velocity DCs.
