JJ Phelan joins S&H Systems as Technical Director-Strategic Accounts

Former TriFactor Systems President brings over fifteen years of detailed engineering, technical and leadership expertise to S&H Systems.

(JONESBORO, AR, 11/7/19) Ken Hendrix, President and COO of S&H Systems, is pleased to announce
that JJ Phelan, former President of a Southeast U.S. material handling systems design and integration
company, has joined S&H Systems as Technical Director for Strategic Accounts.

Mr. Phelan brings extensive engineering and management experience in material handling design,
integration and execution to the growing needs of S&H Systems' business. Since 2004, he has held
positions of Field Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Chief Operating Officer and President,
managing projects nationwide.


While at TriFactor, his company designed and implemented warehouse projects in the food, electronics,
automotive, beverage, wholesale and ecommerce industries. During his naval career, he supervised
several shipbuilding teams and earned a Master's degree in electrical engineering.

"Mr. Phelan's unparalleled customer focus and work ethic, as well as his technical leadership in our
industry is an important addition to our growing team of talented professionals. The entire company
joins the senior executive leadership team in welcoming him," Mr. Hendrix stated.

In his various roles, Mr. Phelan was instrumental in the acquisition of large, complex system design and
implementation projects from major U.S. corporations.
