Meet Us at PackEx India 2019

We will be at PackEx India from 13-15 September 2019 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

PackEx India is an international exhibition for packaging materials and technology that is held once a year at Mumbai and New Delhi. With the steadily increasing number of visitors, Packex India has established itself as an important platform for the entire packaging industry and covers the entire demand for new technologies in the Indian subcontinent.

On display at our Stall No.G-20 at Hall 11 will be our latest Bottle/Jar Filling Line for food, Pharma and other applications. Applications range from milk powder, spice powders, seasoning powders & Pharma powders to pulses, grains, sugar & tea to tablets, dry fruits, soya chunks & whole spices. Just change the filler and use the filling line for any powder and solid application.

The PLC-controlled system is fitted with a unique 'no bottle no filling' safety device, and safety enclosures with interlocks for rotary parts. It works well for glass, HDPE and PP bottles and offers fast changeover for different bottle sizes.

At PackEx India, we will be unveiling an exciting new innovation: RLO. It is a patented pouch length reduction kit designed to reduce the use of plastic by decreasing existing pouch length. A retrofit to existing flexible packaging machines, the RLO also offers a product settler with extended air removing pads that remove the air from the pouch without use of a pin prick. This compresses the pouches enabling clients to pack more pouches into the secondary packaging.

The RLO can help companies save up to 20% in secondary packaging, and reduce almost 10mm of pouch length for substantial savings in plastic.
