Intermec launches the 70 Series, its next generation portfolio of ultra-rugged mobile computers. The 70 Series units are designed to deliver excellent performance to maximize worker uptime and efficiency.

The new series consists of four products over one platform. The CN70 is designed for field service, transportation, and logistics. The CN70e is suitable for direct store delivery/route accounting. The CK70 is suited for parcel delivery in courier, express, and postal operations. And the CK71 is built for manufacturing and warehousing applications.

Featuring Windows Embedded Handheld, the 70 Series units feature advanced 1D/2D scan engines, including the new third generation EX25, which allows for an increase in the distance and the velocity of data capture. They also feature 802.11n dual-band WLAN, enabling better connectivity and communication for mobile workers.

The rugged units offer six-foot drop specs across all temperatures, IP67 sealing, Gorilla glass touch panels, and indestructible keypad technology to deliver ruggedness and reliability.
