Ryson, a manufacturer of vertical conveying solutions, has announced two additions to its Dual Spiral product line. Along with its current models, which have dual 12-inch-wide and dual 16-inch-wide slats, the company now offers models with dual 8-inch-wide and dual 20-inch-wide slats.
Like their predecessors, the new Ryson Dual Track Spirals are engineered so that two tracks operate within one spiral structure. Both tracks can go up or down, with reversible operation available as an option. Each track requires only one drive motor, resulting in substantial savings in energy, controls, and systems integration.
Ryson says its spiral conveyors need less floor space than conventional conveyors and are faster and more reliable than many elevators and lifts.
