Holjeron offers conveyor control assemblies and 24-volt DC motor-driven rollers capable of operating in extreme temperature and humidity conditions, such as frozen food warehouses and plants. The new Zonelink controls and Microroller-powered rollers are available in off-the-shelf or customized versions and are suited for freezer and refrigerator applications as well as low ambient temperature environments both indoors and out. Customers may select a pre-engineered twozone controller assembly designed specifically for rugged environments. All control wiring is completed for plug-and-run operation.

Holjeron's Harsh Duty Dual Zone Controller Assembly provides protection for the electrical controls, driver cards, and wiring for the powered rollers. The Hoffman NEMA 4X aluminum or thermoplastic enclosure is equipped with quick-connects for input power, photoelectric sensors, and node-to-node communication.

The Controller Assembly may include an optional 24-volt DC power supply to operate two Microrollers, two sensors, and the communication connections. Two zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) control cards manage the motor operation and provide selectable modes of operation in a stand-alone configuration. No programmable logic controller (PLC) or programming is required. DeviceNet connectivity is also available.

The Microrollers feature stainless-steel, seamless construction and are rated to operate in environments ranging from -20 degrees F to 140 degrees F and are sealed to IP 65. To protect it against washdown or spray cleaning, the Microroller drive cable is mounted through a cord grip opening located on the underside of the enclosure. Customers need only connect input power and their preferred photo sensor(s).

Sealed precision ball bearings are also now standard in all wheels, contributing to the maintenance-free performance of the series. Notably, the zerk fittings have been eliminated, as the new design makes them unnecessary.
Complementing the ZFSEC series, Hamilton introduces the all-new Spinfinity® Super Endurance Dual Wheel Caster (ZFSEC2) series. This dual wheel series is engineered for extra heavy-duty applications where stability, durability, and maintenance-free operation are paramount. Like its counterpart, the ZFSEC2 series leverages the new 'V-Style' seal, ensuring that each caster is fully protected against contaminants that could compromise performance.
Combined with sealed precision ball wheel bearings, this caster series ensures zero-fix, 100% maintenance-free performance. The dual-wheel configuration enhances stability and allows for a lower overall height, offering a perfect blend of strength and maneuverability.
Casters in both series are finished in a durable HAA polyester platinum powder coat and are available in a wide variety of wheel types, allowing for customization based on application needs.
