Lift & Rotate work positioners

May 1, 2007
No Comments

Herkules' Lift & Rotate work positioners are suited for pack and unpack operations. With the units, workers can situate every box or container to the optimum height and position to minimize strain while completing tasks. The Herkules Lift & Rotate is air-operated and offers a very low profile, at just 6.5 inches, which allows a taller pallet load to be handled easily. Rotation is manually operated, and can be locked into any position with an air brake. The lift's vertical travel is a full 25 inches, and if specified, travel can reach 75 inches.

The rotate module can also be used on a stand-alone basis and offers a low profile of 2.5 inches. It is equipped with a high-grade turret-style bearing that can handle load slamming and fork truck abuse. The size and design of the top plate and the corner retainers can be specified to the application needs.

Herkules designs and builds all of its lift systems with standard stocked modules, so customization is simple and inexpensive. All lift modules incorporate Herkules' Air Bag technology that provides a direct one-to-one lift ratio, eliminating the need for mechanical linkage to lift the load.
