Dorner's 7400 series sanitary conveyor platform features a tip-up tail design that allows the user to tip up the idle end (or with a center drive, both pulley ends) without the need for tools to create slack on the belt. This added belt slack permits easy access to the conveyor for cleaning, including underneath the belt and the conveyor frame. For longer conveyors, cleaning is still easy with belt lifters positioned in the center of the conveyor's frame. The belt lifters hold the belt off the frame to allow hands-free cleaning to significantly cut cleaning time. Belt widths on this series of conveyors can range from six inches to six feet, with lengths between three and 99 feet. Belts can operate at speeds of up to 200 feet per minute.
