Jacksonville, Fla. - Corporate Traffic Logistics, a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., announced today the promotion of sales, marketing and logistics services expert, Eric Levy, to vice president of business development. Levy joined Corporate Traffic in 2018 as director of business development, a new position and department created to meet the company's growth goals. His promotion follows a year of rapid growth for the company, which increased business 60 percent in 2018.

"We are continuing to grow and expand to meet the needs of the market, bringing our high level of service, assets and cutting-edge technology to a wider customer base than ever before," said Chris Cline, president of Corporate Traffic. "Eric has done an incredible job in his first year with us, thanks to his strong relationships and drive to Never Settle for anything less than the best for our clients."

Levy brings 20 years of transportation industry experience to Corporate Traffic. In his new role as vice president of business development, Levy will oversee sales for all transportation modes, including truckload, LTL, intermodal, dedicated and drayage. In addition to securing new business opportunities for the company, Levy has also focused on growing existing business, working with sales managers to evaluate current customers' needs and identifying areas in which Corporate Traffic can better address those needs.

"It is incredible to see how quickly our industry and our business is growing, thanks to our collective innovation, attention to detail and relationships with customers," said Levy. "The opportunity to work alongside the Clines to grow this company is inspiring. We are a team. We work collaboratively and in concert with our customers' evolving needs to create an innovative and engaging work environment—it's truly a privilege."

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Fla., Levy graduated from the University of Arizona. Previously, he worked for 19 years with an asset-based truckload carrier, where he was vice president of sales and marketing. In his free time, Levy enjoys playing golf, surfing and spending time with family and friends.
