DAYTON FREIGHT RANKED HIGHEST LTL CARRIER IN MASTIO STUDY
DAYTON, Ohio - Dayton Freight Lines, Inc., a leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, was recently ranked highest of all carriers in the 14th Edition U.S. LTL Carrier Study by Mastio & Company. This is the best ranking Dayton Freight has received in this study.
Included in this evaluation were 1,726 key decision makers from major shippers throughout the U.S. They provided feedback on a variety of measurements including on-time delivery, flexibility, proactive communications, freight tracking systems, billing accuracy, competitive pricing and responsiveness. Dayton Freight's Strategic Partners, A. Duie Pyle, Southeastern Freight Lines and Oak Harbor Freight Lines, were also recognized in the top 20. Mastio is a research-consulting firm that helps clients maximize business performance by conducting surveys that address critical aspects of management.
