GREENVILLE, N.C. (March 27, 2018) -

With its full line of tough materials handling solutions, Hyster Company is showcasing its brawn and brains to help MODEX attendees prepare for the future of materials handling. From April 9-12 in booth #B2921 at Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center, attendees can learn how to use Hyster Company's tough and resourceful solutions to help boost productivity in their operations.

Hyster® robotic lift trucks will be in action demonstrating their infrastructure-free navigation which can help operations optimize workflow, provide flexibility and achieve significant cost savings. The company will also be introducing the new virtual reality orderpicker simulator with motion platform, designed to give users an accurate sense of operating a Hyster® lift truck.

Attendees will be able to discover innovations designed to improve operator and pedestrian safety, as well as explore the range of alternative power solutions offered by Hyster, including hydrogen fuel cells, lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, and talk to experts to determine the best option for their specific operation.

In addition, Hyster will be showcasing its zero-emission power solutions for ports and other Big Truck applications in booth #C1455. Hyster representatives will be discussing the potential for new, cleaner electric technologies to replace large diesel engines, and the cost savings and additional benefits they can provide.

To continue the electrification conversation, join Hyster in the Transportation & Logistics Solutions Theater 1 on April 10 at 1: 45 p.m. as Lyndle McCurley, Vice President Big Trucks Americas, presents "Clean Technologies for Mobile Port Equipment." Participants will learn about the development and integration of zero emissions technologies in container handling equipment and explore the inherent infrastructure challenges for port environments transitioning to electric mobile port equipment.
