Old Dominion Fields New MLB Triple Play

THOMASVILLE, N.C. (March 27, 2018) — Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. announced today it has established three new Major League Baseball club team partnerships, expanding its presence to ten teams across the league.

The Thomasville, N.C. headquartered less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier known for its premium service, will become the "Official Freight Carrier" of the Atlanta Braves and St. Louis Cardinals, and the "Official LTL Carrier" of the Houston Astros. As part of the partnership, Old Dominion-branded signage will be at home plate and the main stadium scoreboards.


The deals complement Old Dominion's national partnership with MLB as the Official Freight Carrier and MLB Club partnerships with the Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, New York Mets and Texas Rangers.
