Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) announced today that it has appointed G&W Equipment, Inc. to represent its three brands (Cat® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich® warehouse products) in Georgia. With this change, in addition to North and South Carolina, where they have operated for years, G&W Equipment now serves as the sole authorized dealer for all three brands in the state of Georgia.
With this territory expansion, G&W Equipment will open three new facilities in Atlanta, Augusta
and Savannah, Georgia, in early 2018, with plans for a fourth facility to open in Southern
Georgia later in the year. The dealership's existing lift truck operations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Greenville, North Carolina, and in Columbia, Greenville, Charleston and Florence, South Carolina, will remain unchanged.
