Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) announced today that it has appointed Tri-Lift Inc. (Tri-Lift) to represent its Cat® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich® forklift and warehouse product lines in the Worcester County, Massachusetts area, effective immediately. With this territory expansion, Tri-lift will add a new facility in the Worcester area in the coming months.

"Tri-Lift is a long-standing MCFA dealer that is well known for consistently providing exceptional customer service and support to the material handling industry," said Kent Eudy, executive vice president of sales and marketing at MCFA. "Their dedication to excellence and extensive knowledge of MCFA's forklift product lines will make their expansion into the Worcester area a smooth transition for our customers."

A third generation, family-owned business, Tri-Lift has served customers across the east coast - from Connecticut to South Carolina - for nearly 50 years. Tri-lift has represented the Cat lift trucks and Mitsubishi forklift product lines since 1996, and the Jungheinrich product line since 2010.

"We are excited about our expansion into the Worcester County area," said Paul Murgo, Owner of Tri-Lift. "We are committed to bringing the very best in material handling services to our customers and look forward to developing strong relationships with the local business community for years to come."

Tri-Lift, with headquarters in New Haven, Connecticut, has received MCFA's prestigious "Five Star Customer Service" and "Dealer of Excellence" awards on numerous occasions. With locations across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts, Tri-Lift provides customers with a wide-range of material handling services - including new, used and rental forklifts and reliable aftermarket support.

"The Tri-Lift team has provided our customers with first-class customer service and support for over 20 years," said Eudy. "Loyal users of Cat lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich warehouse products can rest assured that the Tri-Lift team is well prepared to carry on the longstanding tradition of excellence and reliability that they've come to expect from our products."
