Joining President & CEO Todd Ericksrud are three industry veterans with decades of executive leadership roles in international transportation logistics companies.
Hans Peter (HP) Michelet joins the board as chairman. HP Michelet is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. His senior management experience in multi-cultural financial institutions, strong organizational and leadership skills make him well-qualified to lead MatchBack Systems as chairman of the board. HP is an independent financier with investments in several start-up companies since 1998, mainly focused on the global supply chain and sustainability. In all his investments, HP takes an active role and he has been an Executive Chairman in multiple companies during their early growth stages.
Also named to the Board today is Bob Baker. A highly-regarded industry veteran, Bob is the President and CEO and Chairman of the Board of SynchroNet Marine, Inc., and President and CEO of SynchroNet Intermodal Services, Inc. During his tenure with SynchroNet, he was charged with overseeing global sales and client services, and setting the direction and office expansion in the European and Asia marketplaces. Prior to joining SynchroNet, Bob served in a variety of capacities working within the container shipping industry for several large operators such as Sea-Land Services, Crowley Maritime Corporation and United States Lines.
Rounding out the Board is John Keenan, former President and COO of a publicly traded steamship line. John brings decades of marine experience to the MatchBack Systems board. He brings a unique blend of practical experience in developing dynamic, integrated solutions to complex business problems. John's knowledge on how to lead and influence change at large and geographically diverse companies enables him to assist organizations with global strategy and implementation.
