Leading managed mobile services provider Stratix Corporation announced today that it has become an authorized Verifone Estate Manager Technical Support Center. Stratix will support Verifone payment devices for enterprise customers through Verifone's robust terminal management platform. This is another example of how Stratix and Verifone support the rapidly expanding mobile business application requirements in the enterprise.

"Stratix is continually enhancing our mobile services portfolio to meet the needs of new markets and new solution offerings," CEO Gina Gallo says. "We're proud to work with Verifone to bring a greater depth of support to our customers, enabling them to simplify their point-of-sale management and integrate it seamlessly into their overall mobile strategy."

From chip card capabilities to roaming registers, enterprises are implementing new point-of-sale strategies to improve efficiency, security, and customer experiences. Verifone Estate Manager (formerly known as Verifone HQ) is a part of Verifone's Payment-as-a-Service offering and provides a single software platform to make overseeing the point-of-sale ecosystem easier and more cost-effective. Stratix and Verifone have already successfully deployed payment solutions at a number of global businesses, and the ability for Stratix to include Verifone Estate Manager technical support will streamline mobile management programs further for their joint clients.

"Verifone is the leader in payment and commerce solutions, and the Verifone Estate Manager eloquently addresses the growing need for more efficient, centralized control over enterprise programs that can include tens of thousands of point-of-sale devices around the world," says Joe Mach, president of Verifone North America. Verifone Estate Manager can support multiple Verifone payment device types, providing remote access to operations and performance data in real-time. It can organize, manage and monitor content for thousands of devices in the field and help lower the cost of ownership by remotely diagnosing and resolving device issues. Verifone's innovative solution, combined with Stratix's unique position as a pure-play mobile support provider, not only ensures knowledgeable support across the Verifone environment, but the entire mobile ecosystem.

In its first deployment in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, the system is being tested by Coles Supermarkets, a food and beverage retailer with more than 1,800 grocery and liquor stores throughout the country.
