Smith has nearly two decades of experience at Southeastern, beginning his career as a pickup and delivery driver in Montgomery, Alabama. Since then, Smith has served as a pickup and delivery operations supervisor and pickup and delivery operations manager. Most recently, he served as an assistant service center manager in Austell, Georgia.
"Jermaine's love for serving others is mirrored in the team he manages," said Rob Smith, regional vice president of operations. "He's an outstanding leader with a great track record and we look forward to his continued success in Jackson."
