OMAHA, Neb. (Sep. 22, 2016) — Today, Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. celebrates its newly renovated service center, a 74-door facility located at 10626 I Street Omaha, NE 68127.

The Thomasville, NC-based less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier, which is over 80 years old, has two service centers in Nebraska. The second Nebraska terminal is located in Grand Island.

"The renovated 4-acre state-of-the-art location, ensures we have the room to grow and our commitment to the region," said Chris Kelley, OD regional vice president of the Central states. "We'll continue to offer the premium service our customers have come to expect."

Due to growth in the central market, the Omaha expansion became necessary to continue to assure premium service to customers. The terminal has grown from 58 employees in 2013 to 92 employees in 2016. The newly renovated service center will serve a number of cities in the area, including Omaha, Lincoln, Columbus, Sioux City, Norfolk, Carroll and Clarinda.
