LEXINGTON, S.C. (June 23, 2016) - Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced that Cris Barry has been promoted to service center manager in Asheville, North Carolina.
Barry has 22 years of experience at Southeastern, where he has held several positions, including freight handler, inbound supervisor, pick-up and delivery supervisor, and inbound operations manager. Most recently, Barry served as the assistant service center manager in Greenville, South Carolina.
"Cris has a strong background and proven history of living our culture. "We are excited for Cris to step into this new role of service center manager and look forward to seeing his leadership continue in the Asheville facility."
Barry moves to Asheville with his wife, Tammy, and two children. He enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching golf, fishing, and camping.
