DAYTON FREIGHT HIRES TRANSPORTATION VETERAN PATTY ASH

Dayton OH ... Dayton Freight Lines, Inc., a leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, announced the hiring of Patty Ash as Corporate Account Manager. Ash will be responsible for serving the LTL needs of national businesses located in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Ash has 32 years of transportation sales experience, beginning with Carolina Freight as a management trainee. She has worked for Yellow Freight, MMS Trucking and spent the last 19 years with Pitt Ohio.

"Patty is a great addition to our Corporate Accounts Team. Her industry knowledge, experience and reputation are stellar. Our customers will appreciate her consultative nature, and her ability to match up their needs with our service offerings," says Dave Brady, VP of Sales.
