COLUMBUS, Ind. - Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) recently announced Bret Bruin was promoted to Director of Aftermarket Operations and Tracy Stachniak was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Training and Development.
As Director of Aftermarket Operations, Bruin is responsible for all Toyota Forklift service parts operations, including Fleet Management and Telematics. As Director of Human Resources and Training and Development, Stachniak is responsible for human resources, internal/associate training and development, and dealer and customer training.

"Bret's 22 years in the material handling industry, particularly his extensive parts and service background, make him well suited for his new role," said TMHU President Jeff Rufener. "And Tracy's background and experience will help revamp and improve our internal and external training programs. We welcome them both to the executive leadership team."

Bruin has worked in the material handling industry for more than 20 years. His previous role at Toyota was national manager, strategic planning and dealer development. Prior to joining Toyota, Bruin held several management positions at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, Inc. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Indiana University in Bloomington.
Stachniak has been at TMHU since 2005. Her previous role was national manager of human resources. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Conn., and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership in Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz.
