HOUSTON, TEXAS—Dunavant continues to expand its Houston distribution presence with an additional 212,000 square feet of chemical warehousing space within the Bay Area Business Park located in Pasadena, Texas.
Dunavant's footprint in Houston has grown from 365,000 to 577,000 square feet with the addition of a H3-H4 rated chemical facility. 20,000 square feet of the recent expansion space has already been leased to date.
