Registration is already open for the Council of Logistics Management's annual conference, which will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago from Sept. 21-24. And the council is offering an incentive to act now: If you register before June 30, you'll save $200 off the full conference fee. Early registration fees are $1,025 for CLM members, $1,275 for new members and $1,375 for non-members.
The title of this year's conference is "Changing the Game, Maintaining the Passion." The idea behind it, according to Rick Blasgen, general conference chairman, is that although today's business environment holds a great deal of uncertainty, there is also great opportunity for individuals to shine. The program is somewhat condensed from previous years, with sessions offered in 28 educational tracks. For additional information, visit the CLM Web site at www.clm1.org.
