INDIANAPOLIS (November 6, 2019) - enVista, a leading global software solutions and consulting services firm, enabling physical and digital commerce, announces today its expansion into APAC expansion into APAC with added offices in Singapore and Sydney, Australia. enVista's is increasing its APAC presence due to growing demand for enVista's supply chain and omni-channel commerce solutions and expertise.

The APAC region is currently experiencing massive and rapid growth in the enterprise commerce sector. According to e-commerce marketplace Rakuten, "The APAC region will account for $2.271 trillion in online spending in 2019, or 64.3 percent of total online sales for the year. That $2.271 trillion figure represents year-over-year online sales growth of 25 percent, highest of any geographic region in the world and higher than the overall projected worldwide e-commerce sales growth of 20.7 percent."

Due to this explosive growth, retailers, distributors and manufacturers increasingly require improved distribution efficiencies, inventory management, reduced shipping costs, profitable order orchestration and a unified customer experience. In response, enVista is providing comprehensive solutions, including its cloud-native Unified Commerce platform; Microsoft enterprise solutions; supply chain and distribution center optimization; robotics and automation; supply chain network design; and transportation consulting with a focus on freight audit and payment.

enVista's highly experienced, client-centric APAC leadership team includes Jim Barnes, CEO of enVista, Peter Kendall, Managing Director of APAC and Tyson Hackwood, Market Lead.

"The expansion and growth into APAC are crucial steps for enVista to help organizations seeking to improve their business operations performance and customer impact in the APAC region," said Peter Kendall, Managing Director, APAC enVista. "We are bringing 20 years of enVista's success and performance to the APAC customer base, as we continue to grow."

Jim Barnes said, "The expansion, coupled with our existing offices in India, United States and EMEA, enables us to better respond to demand for optimal, unified enterprise commerce across all global locations." Barnes added, "Our global presence has always been strong, but adding more dedicated APAC resources will be a key differentiator as we continue to expand our geographical footprint to meet the demand of our clients."
