FedEx Cross Border has expanded its global e-commerce business with new locations in Saddle Brook, N.J., Fontana, Calif., and Venlo, The Netherlands, the company said today.

A subsidiary of FedEx Corp., FedEx Cross Border provides e-commerce solutions to business-to-consumer merchants looking to expand to international markets. The additional facilities help merchants reach new customers in more than 200 countries around the world, according to Carl Asmus, FedEx Cross Border president and CEO.

Transportation benefits include flexible delivery options, end-to-end tracking, commercial and postal import clearance options, and a portfolio of final-mile delivery solutions, Asmus said. In the United States, the company provides technology solutions that integrate payment methods, currency conversion, regulatory compliance information, and payment fraud protection into websites and platforms.

The expansion comes after the company's acquisition of UK-based P2P Mailing Limited, a provider of global e-commerce solutions, last year.
